The Hotel welcomes its guests through a large marquee that highlights and protects the adjoining access to a special temporary parking area; from there, they are led to the reception, where they are greeted and accompanied to the main lobby through escalators or directed to the
Event and Banquet Halls.
After registration at the lobby, the guest can continue to the Bar area and enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant. The main commercial activity of the hotel takes place on this level; it has three commercial premises, the gym, which offers a diverse number of machines and rooms for a number of guided classes and the Spa and whirlpool, offering massage services, sauna and special therapies.

On the last level or rooftop is the heated infinity pool overlooking the valley of Caracas and El Avila hill, the lounge terrace with part of the covered area. There is also a hall that goes into the changing rooms and bathroom area of the pool or to the Gourmet restaurant/Sky bar and the special restaurant that includes its own kitchen, bathroom facilities for ladies and gentlemen, a large bar, high chairs, tables and sofas for a VIP area, closed and roofed environment, with air conditioning and a luxury services, in addition to an intimate lounge that is prepared for special events and formal dinners with the best views of Caracas.
