The Hotel welcomes its guests through a large marquee that highlights
and protects the adjoining access to a special temporary parking area; from there, they are led to the reception, where they are greeted and accompanied to the main lobby through escalators or directed to the
Event and Banquet Halls.
After registration at the lobby, the guest can continue to the Bar area and enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant. The main commercial activity of the hotel takes place on this level; it has three commercial premises, the gym, which offers a diverse number of machines and rooms for a number of guided classes and the Spa and whirlpool, offering massage services, sauna and special therapies.

El Hotel recibe a sus huéspedes por medio de una gran marquesina que resalta y resguarda el acceso adyacente a una zona especial de parqueo temporal; de allí se dirigen hacia la recepción, donde son atendidos y acompañados al Lobby principal a través de las escaleras mecánicas, o dirigidos a los Salones de Eventos y Banquetes.
En el nivel Lobby, luego de registrarse el huésped puede continuar su recorrido hacia el área de Bar y disfrutar de una deliciosa comida en el restaurant diario. En este nivel se desarrolla la actividad comercial principal del hotel, albergando 3 locales comerciales, el gimnasio, que cuenta con una diversa cantidad de máquinas y salones para variedad de clases dirigidas y el Spa e hidromasaje que prestara servicio de masajes, sauna y terapias especiales.
