Hotel HLM Caracas is located in the city of Caracas, Baruta Municipality of the Miranda State, Cali Street, La Peña Sector of the Las Mercedes Urbanization.

   The urban context of the hotel project is privileged, due to its location in one of the most dynamic, touristic and residential areas of the Greater Caracas, just minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, theaters, clinics, banking agencies, financial centers, public institutions, among others, which offers different types of activities close to the hotel.

The project seeks to reach the standards of an international hotel; thus, it is based on the requirements for 5-star hotels, pursuant to Resolution MINTUR N ° 75, dated August 7, 2013 and MINTUR N ° 76, dated August 7, 2013.
